Before you submit your online booking we'd love to know the following information about your companion:

*UNFORTUNATELY K9 HEAVEN DOES NOT ACCEPT ENTIRE MALE OR FEMALE DOGS, EXCEPT IN THE CASE OF A PUPPY UNDER 8 MONTHS OF AGE - PLEASE CALL OFFICE FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THIS

    • Any health issues we should be aware of, such as recent surgery, skin conditions or any injury or issue that could impeed your dog getting around on their 12 acre farm or being in a pack environment.  Tell us anything that we need to know to ensure proper care for your companion is maintained.  
    • Your dogs last vaccination date. Members must be fully vaccinated by a Vet, we unfortunately as yet do not accept homeopathic vaccinations, or any other type of vaccination or presumed probability of health presented to us without a vet passport. Please bring their vet passport with you on drop off.
    • Your companions sleeping arrangements at home - At K9 Heaven we have a home style arrangement, however we do also use crates and dog style accomodation after hours.  So bookings for loose areas (lounge etc) are essential.  If your dog is crate trained they will be happy and content with their space after a long day.  If your companion is an outside dog we can accomodate that also.  We are 24/7 and all dogs are safe and secure throughout. 
    • When the last time was that your companion stayed at K9 Heaven or other dog care establishment, a brief history of what you may know about your dog when going on holiday without you.  Sometimes it is good to know beforehand if there is any anxiety or separation issues so we can prepare before we recieve your loved one, it is good for us to set up and be prepared for your companion so that their road into our pack is smooth.
    • What your dog likes to do! Do they love swimming, running, playing with other dogs? We'd love to know.
    • What kind of friends your dog likes, big or small dogs, playful or relaxed dogs, so we know what sort of pack your companion might be best suited for.
    • Anything else you can think of we might need to know about your beloved companion!

My new dog has started going for day visits and extended stays when I am away.  She is a rehomed dog (I am her third owner) and at first I was a bit anxious that she would feel she was being moved again but that is certainly not the case.  Matt and his team have patiently integrated her and she is now quite happy being around the other dogs and doesn't mind staying over at all.

Matt is very ethical, he and his team know the dogs in their care, he makes sure their needs and personalities are catered to and it is so good to be able to go away and not worry about their well being.  I would unreservadly recommend Matt and all his team.
